Simple Enrollment Process

Registering Your Organization with SWAC

If you represent a company or an organization, you may register and create a SWAC membership for free, at any time. Simply click on the link below. There you will find instructions on how to create and set-up your main SWAC Account.

Once your company or organization joins SWAC, each of your members must submit an Individual Membership Application. This is available on this site by clicking on the "Individual Enrollment Application" below.

Once you establish a main SWAC account, you can create additional SWAC accounts for tracking unique subcontractors and/or projects. Just navigate to the Finance Tab of your organization and select the "add account" link.

Customer Support Bulletins, with clear detailed instructions on system access and use, are available for download in the "Customer Support Bulletins" located in the sidebar on the right.

Blank application forms are also available for your review in the "Additional Resources for Download" in the sidebar on the right.

Individual Enrollment in SWAC

Each individual must apply for his/her own SWAC membership. In order to process an individual membership, you must either provide a Sponsor Control ID, or choose to self-sponsor your application. To begin, please click on the link below and continue as directed.

Please Note: After entry of SWAC application online, all applicants must first present unexpired identity documents for verification at a SWAC Processing Center before a background screening is started.


Renewing a Membership

To comply with current recertification requirements, your SWAC membership must be renewed every three years. The expiration date is displayed on the front of your membership card. To help ensure that a membership does not expire unintentionally, applicants that provide an email address will receive 90- day, 60- day, and 30- day notifications prior to the membership expiration date.

Additional Resources For Download

PLEASE NOTE: Participating industry cost reimbursement programs will not provide reimbursement for individuals who:

  • Do not complete the application process, or
  • Fail to meet the minimum requirements as documented in Disqualifying Criminal Offenses
